• You agree not to cancel the payment later unless you receive a product that does not appropriate to the agreement, or the product has not been delivered within the shipping period.

• Hand wash is recommended or gentle cycle in washing machine, to keep it longer and avoid damage.
• Sometimes, during use a yarn pull may occur through snagging on jewellry or other objects, this can be mended by stabbing the yarn to the back by needle. Please avoid cutting the yarn.

Shoes

• Use a soft brush to clean stains, dust or dirt.
• If you must dry them in the sun, do so only for a short time and keep your shoes indoors, away from direct sunlight.
